A 5 Is Against the Law! Social Boundaries: Straight Up
by Kari Dunn Buron
Autism Asperger Publishing Co. 2007

This simple, yet powerful workbook is a must for social skills training with teens and young adults.  It starts with a straight "Who Will This Book Help?"  Here are the answers:
- If you have ever gotten into trouble because of how you talk to someone or touched someone, this book might help.
- If you want to find friends and fit in socially but keep making mistakes that make that really hard, this book might help.
- If you ever pursued a relationship and the object of your affections (the person you pursued) accused you of harassment, this book might help.
-If you just want to learn more about yourself and other people, this book might help.

It organizes potential behaviors under a 5-point scale, to facilitate the understanding of the consequences of one's behavior:
5 for physically hurtful or threatening behavior, 4 for scary behavior, 3 for odd behavior, 2 for reasonable behavior, and 1 for very informal social behavior.

It is fun and extremely useful.  A must read!!!
